• Take Triforge Tablet once daily at the same time each day, with or without food
• Swallow it whole with water and do not skip doses even when you feel well

Drug Interactions

• NSAID painkillers: Ibuprofen or diclofenac can weaken the blood pressure effect and strain the kidneys.
• Potassium supplements or potassium sparing diuretics: Combined use can raise potassium to a dangerous level.
• Lithium: Blood lithium levels can rise to a toxic range.
