How to use Victoza Injection 6mg/ml?
- Inject subcutaneously once daily under the skin of the abdomen, thigh or upper arm
- Start at 0.6 mg per day for one week to reduce stomach side effects
- Increase to 1.2 mg per day after one week if tolerated well
- Doctor may raise the dose further to 1.8 mg per day for better sugar control
- Give the injection at the same time each day, with or without food
