In order to cancel your appointment simply go to the ‘My Appointments’ tab on the oladoc app, tap the more options button and then select cancel the appointment. Alternatively, you can also call 0917158555 in order to cancel your appointment.

In order to reschedule your appointment simply go to the ‘My Appointments’ tab on the oladoc app, tap the more options button, and then select reschedule appointment. This will then take you to a page where you will be able to select a new date and time. Alternatively, you can also call 0917158555 to reschedule.

No, there are no additional charges when booking a doctor's appointment through oladoc. The consultation fee will remain the same.
