In order to cancel your appointment simply go to the ‘My Appointments’ tab on the oladoc app, tap the more options button and then select cancel the appointment. Alternatively, you can also call 0518151800 in order to cancel your appointment.

This will then take you to a page where you will be able to select a new date and time. Alternatively, you can also call 0518151800 to reschedule.

No, there are no additional charges when booking a doctor's appointment through oladoc. The consultation fee will remain the same.
