Avoid oily and junk foods. Have lots of water. Avoid touching the skin excessively. Avoid using old makeup or makeup on the affected skin. Make sure to remove makeup well before sleep. Use water-based moisturizers and wash your nose and oily regions 2-3times a day with facewash as needed.
