Acne and Scars

I want to know what could be a cause of sudden breakouts/acne all over the face? My face was really clear. But two weeks ago my whole left cheek got full of acne, then right chin. Now it’s on forehead & on the chin as well. I’m really upset about this. What can I do about this my whole face is ruined and I also have severe heartburn. eating normal food that I always do. Only stress levels were high during last month and still I’m coping with it. Pictures are attached.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Two common reasons for both your problems are- stress and outside/junk food. Avoid all oily and processed foods, increase intake of water, fruits n vegetables. Relax and exercise daily for 15-20mins. Keep your face oil/dust free using a good face wash for oily skin. Apply acdermin gel to acne spots on face at nightt. Maintain good hygeine. Eat smaller meals more frequently rather than few large meals. Use 2 pillows to sleep on.
