Acne breakout

I had acne/pimples during teenage but after 20 years it reduced a lot. But, since one week there’s a lot of breakout in my face. The only change these days was I was on diet for a few days back and I started drinking green tea. What could be the reason? What is the possible cause of this sudden break out?

Acne can be increased due to stress, hormone imbalance, decrease water intake, excess oily foods etc. Make sure to counter these issues and use any facewash for hypoallergenic skin and acneaid soap. Donot share towels and soaps with others. If the problem persists see a specialist.
