I'm suffering from severe acne and someone suggested me to use this cream. I need to know from dermatologists that should I use this cream on my active acne??

Dear Patient,

This is a steroid cream which shouldn't be used for active acne.
I would recommend using isotrexin Gel on the affected parts but only before bedtime. The gel causes temporary dryness of the affected parts which reverses itself once you stop using the medicine.
