Acne Problem

Acne is common but the thing is there is always acne on my face. The time one takes to disappear the other one pops up usually on a spot where there has been acne before. Kindly suggest something.

Dear Patient,

Use Acneaid soap, do not share it with others.
Use a good face wash once or twice a day
Apply ecdermin gel at night daily only on affected parts.
Have lots of water, raw fruits and vegetables. Avoid fried foods and outside foods
Avoid touching face unnecessarily and sharing towels with others.
