Acne/Rash on Body

I'm having severe acne/ rash on arms, neck back area. I'm 27 years old and I've got chicken pox and measels both in childhood. What can be the reason? And please suggest a doc from lahore. No fever, tiredness etc .

Dear Patient,

What kind of rash is it? Are these only acne or a rash related to it? If you have acne prone/oily skin then its best to use a soap that controls natural oils- like tea tree soaps. Have atleast 14 glasses of water/dy.
Acneaid soap can also be ysed. Dont share this soap and your towels with anyone in the house. Wear pure fabrics
