Acute Dandruff

Salam. I'm suffering with acute dandruff & dryness all over. Can please someone recommend something? I've used anti dandruff shampoos, lotions, creams, moisturiser but nothing works. Even my ear from inside have dryness patches very frequently & same goes all over the body.

Dear Patient,

Apply physiogel lavishly to whole body after taking a bath.
Use a combination of 2 shampoos( apply 1 twice a week and the other once a wk so total 3dys/wk) you could use Selsun blue and head and shoulders. Along with acneaid soap bar. Do not share soap/towel with anyone. Before sleeping apply a thick layer of vaseline/physiogel all over the body or any oil based moisturizer. the key to dealing with skin problems is consistency and time. You will notice a difference in some months if not refer to our specialists.
