Use a combination of 2 shampoos( apply 1 twice a week and the other once a wk so total 3dys/wk) you could use Selsun blue and head and shoulders. Along with acneaid soap bar. Do not share soap/towel with anyone. Before sleeping apply a thick layer of vaseline/physiogel all over the body or any oil based moisturizer. the key to dealing with skin problems is consistency and time.
