Allergy marks

In the morning when I woke up I noticed that I have puffy eyes. I ignored it but after 12 hours my eyes are now more swollen. Now I am feeling itchiness in my body addition to this I also found marks like mosquito bites on different areas of my body and these marks are itchy. Is it an allergy or insect bite? Kindly note i do not have bed bug or mosquitoe issues at my home
