Dear Patient,

I would recommend applying a thin film of hydrozole cream on affected parts after washing hands thoroughly. Apply 2-3 times per day. Continue the medicines taking currently. Wash clothes thoroughly with surf and Dettol. Use a mild soap to shower, bathe daily, keep skin clean and dry. Try consulting a skin specialist if things don't improve in two more days.
