Breakout on Face

After my delivery 9th months back I am suffering from breakouts on my Face with dry patches. Used almost everything but everyday I see the skin is getting rough. What could be the reason? Saw a dermatologist he prescribed physiogel and that’s not suitable. My face starts burning in heat. Any recommendations

We aren't sure as to why this is happening.
Protect your skin from direct, heat and sun, use sunscreen, avoid touching skin office. Use mild hypoallergenic soap. Try applying aloevera gel, it has a calming effect and is good for dryness and acne. Increase your water intake upto 18 glasses/day. Avoid oily foods, take detox juices/water(recipe available online). With skin problems one has to be persistent in using them for 3-6mths before results are visible.
