Browns Spots on face

I have some brown spots on my face.they showed up when i was 14 years old.since then they havn't changed in size and colour but they bother me when poeple asked me whats that mark on your face. Some poeple say this is a birth mark but somehow i want to clear them. what should i do? I'm attaching the picture.

Try using cosmelan cream for a few months and see if this fades out, a pea-sized amount is enough. If it doesn't improve in 4-6months you can consult a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for a second opinion
