Bruises on legs

Asked for Female, 31 years

My friend has different types of bruises all over her legs. It comes by itself and stays around for 3 months at least and gets red spot frequently over her skin. She has this around 8 years and checked up to many doctors. Can anyone explain the diagnosis and help her to completely finish this from her skin via any treatment?

Are these painful?
Are these associated with fever, any bleeding from gums or in urine/stool?
