Bumps on Face

I have these small bumps all over my face and I think it is an allergic reaction. What is the fastest way to treat and get rid of this? I believe that it is from the face wash, which I used recently. The bumps are small, but I have a lot of them on my chin, cheeks and under my eyes. They are itchy and I do not like the way they look and it makes me self-conscious. I am currently using Claritin. Please help.

If your facewash caused it, discontinue it immediately. Continue using claritin. If it's been 7days, use myteka sachet before bed for 10days( this may cause some sleepiness).
If this doesn't help kindly meet with a dermatologist.
