Bumps on forehead

I have very small bumps on my forehead and across jaw line extending towards cheeks since last 2 months that cannot go away, and I have tried anything. There are many of them (bumps): they are colorless, and you can only see them when close or when light catches them. No hx of allergy, no sugar in diet. Currently I have started skinoren (azelaic acid) few days back. Should I continue with it or not?

Dear Patient,

Did the bumps start after use of skinoren? Was skinoren started on the prescription of a doc or is it self prescribed? Is the area of the bumps the same as the area of acne? If you feel these bumps change color, ooze fluid, hurt then immediately stop the use of skinoren and any other cosmetic/pharmacological product on the skin. However, if the bumps are painless and colorless as you say, you could try reducing the use of skinoren to once/day n see if there's a difference in your skin. In case of a correlation between both stop use immediately and visit a specialist.
