Dandruff Problem

Can someone tell?me which type of disease is this? It has got dandruff over it.severe dandruff Many dermatologists have been approached and they told that its cause of dandruff. Multiple medicated shampoos and lotions have been given for cure but all worthless Can someone tell me an authenticate dermatologist or any hair specialist that can handle this disease well? As Its being increasing throughout the scalp day by day.
