Dark circles around eyes

I have very dark black circles around my eyes from last 6-8 months unable to find accurate reasons, I sit around 10-12 hours daily on computer, work, and games, I sleep around 5 hours daily timings are probably after fajr till 11 AM, when I went to blood donation this week the doctor said too much black circles and HB level is 11.4 you cannot donate,also when I meet someone after 3-4 months he says then you don't sleep why so many dark circles how can I remove these. please help.

I'm sorry to hear that. Kindly fix your sleep routine and go to bed by 11pm max. Have ample water and also avoid unnecessary screen usage as the strain on eyes causes dark circles as well. Once you fix these things your eyesight will improve.
