Dark Patches on Cheeks

Can anyone plz guide me. I have a dark colored patch on my cheeks on both side not exactly on cheeks but just in front of ears under the cheeks bone, sides of forehead and sides of the nose. My diet is good. What should I do to minimize or remove it?

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear this. How long have you had it since? Has it increased since then? Does it hurt or itch?
I would recommend two things for regular longterm use. These should fade out the mark but you will have to use it for at least 3mths, daily. Apply aloe vera gel daily for 20mins and then washes it.
Apply cosmelan cream. A pea-sized amount is enough for the whole face. If things dont change kindly see a dermatologist.
