Dryness of Hands

I have been married for 5 years. I am facing dryness of hands. They remain dry through the year and situation worsen in winters. My face complexion is same but hands are getting darker by time. I have tried creams for some time but they are not effective. Please suggest me.

Dear Patient,

Have you tried visiting a dermatologist? Try applying a thick layer of petroleum jelly on both hands and feet at bedtime and wear mittens and socks on it. Do this for some weeks before you see definite results. Wear gloves or avoid using hard detergents and soaps when doing house chores. Uses mild milk based soap like dove for your hands.
