Dull and Dry Hair

I have Dull, Dry, Damage hairs. I also have Hairfall issue along with dandruff. I use Head n shoulders shampoo which controls dandruff to some extent and I do Hijab as well. I wash my hairs with warm water after every 2 days. If anyone can guide me in this regard as what to use and how to get rid of with this situation so kindly pour in your suggestions.

Dear Patient,

I feel you should oil your hair more often. Use any good oil and warm it lightly before applying it. Leave it in for two hours.
You should take foods rich in vitamin A and E and use any biotin supplement capsules available at pharmacies. This would help your hair become shiny and full of luster. Also, get a good night's sleep and have lots of water to make your hair stronger and shinier. We hope this helps you. Regular regimes help a lot.
Also, you can make a mask for your hair with 2tbsp yogurt, honey, half banana, an egg and a tsp of coffee. Apply this to your hair for an hour or two then wash. You will see good results.
