Ear piercing with puss

AOA. My daughter is 6yrs old she got her ear pierced a year ago & since then they are not healed properly. I have tried different ointments like hydrozol, polyfex, fucidin H, Dermovate. Tried neem and silver gold earrings everything that every dr. have told I've tried on her but no result. All things get normal but when I stop applying cream they get back as before. She feels pain, puss and blisters appear when I stop applying creams. I need a permanent solution.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Give her syrup augmentin DS 1 TSP three times a day for 7-10days. If the infection still recurs then you must let this ear hole close completely. This is infected and won't heal otherwise. Apply mycitracin ointment to this too after cleaning with an alcohol swab. Also for the coming weak keep ears free of any earring of any sort.
