Erupting Skin

Asked for Male, 44 years

Patient has history of whitish vesicle, white fluid ooze out after 3 to 4 days then eruption of skin happens. Sever itching, 6 month history. Use topical anti-inflammatory, sulphadiazene and anti-histamine but no cure. Any specialist regarding to this problem who can guide what to do or any medication that should be taken?
