Fast Heartbeat

My uncle age is 63 he is a diabetic patient he is quiet week from some month one of a major issue he feels is constipation he uses lexabron From several month but now medicine is not working properly he is feeling the fast heartbeat and high blood pressure

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Is it not possible to take him for a checkup to a cardiologist? If he's having persistent high BP at his age and with his condition then this needs to be addressed and corrected. As for constipation and Bp both, having more water and fruits and vegetables with peel like apples, cucumber, potatoes, etc can really increase the bulk of the stool and improve both issues. Ask him to take 1 tbsp ispaghol in warm milk daily before bed for constipation. Walk around 20mins a day atleast thrice a week.
