They are made by extreme pressure on unusual parts of feet due to uncomfortable/hard footwear, not having arch-support shoes, standing for long hrs with incorrect posture. Soak your feet in warm water regularly for 20mins, then pat dry feet and apply thick layer of petroleum jelly and wear socks before bedtime.
