Fungal Ring in Head

Aoa my daughter was having a fungal ring in her scalp when she was 7 days old she used mycoderm tab when she was 2.5 months her problem was resolved now again a few months ago I felt the same ring in her hairs and bald patches now doc again gave her mycoderm 125mg n hydrozole cream. But her hair fall is much increased she is 2years. How long it will take to resolve this problem?
