My hair are falling day by day now there is much space and also very weak. Please suggest anything,shampoo or medicine and hair colour which dont damage my hair. please suggest I'm so worried

Dear Patient,

Most haircolors will damage hair. But for hairfall you can take foods rich in zinc like broccoli, take a biotin rich supplement for 4wks, apply Onion hair oil (recipe is available on youtube). Wash and comb hair regularly. Use any good shampoo but change it every 6mths. Shampoo every alternate day. Oil your hair twice a week. If this doesnt help kindly see a dermatologist.
