Hairloss and spots in crown area

During the past year, I’ve loss so much hair due to shedding. I thought it might be due to menopause and some stress, but once I began paying more attention, I’ve noticed I have quite a lot of scalp tenderness in crown area, Sometimes it itches beneath my scalp, Hair thinned in that area couple w/extreme breakage.more attention to the crown area and notice very tiny, red spots in that specified area. Today while dying hair i noticed very tiny, red spots in that specified area. please guide
