Handcuts due to Dryness

I'm having hand cuts by dryness from last 2months I visited general physician he suggested me kenacomb cream and cicatrin powder I used it but my hands getting worse day by day this dryness is also on my nail pores any skin specialist here to suggest me anything to use for it pic is attached

I'm sorry to hear this. We dont have any skin specialists online unfortunately.
Do not apply any hard soaps/detergents to your hands. Wear rubber gloves if you cannot avoid. After every shower apply physiogel to your skin. At bedtime apply thick petroleum jelly and wear gloves. Keep applying the medicines recommended by your doctor. Use a mild soap like Cetaphil/dove. Kindly re-consult with skin specialists.
