Hirsutism ( 10 to 15 hairs on chin )

Patient has hirsutism ( 10 to 15 hairs on chin ) for the last 2 years ... There has been no hormonal imbalance no PCOs ... but hair are becoming thicker ... She is done with 3 sessions of IPL but feels no effects ... Is there any side effect of Depilus cream(eflornithin cream) for hirsutism? Can it aggravate hirsutism? And in how much period is it effective? And also tell if IPL is good for hirsutism
