Itchiness

I have itching problem in Summers. Every year when summer season arrives my body starts to get dehydrated or something and it gest very itchy and it bleeds sometimes as well. I use vaseline to keep it moist but if I miss vaseline for one day it starts again. Please tell me a solution for this.
