Itching in Fingers

Male, Age 23, Itching started between two fingers of a foot, after some days spread to next finger, sometimes bristle form that contains the watery substance, no pain, no allergy, no insect bite, Is this fungal infection? whats your suggestions

It is likely it is fungal and it needs urgent care esp since its spreading. Kindly protect it from dust and moisture, avoid closed shoes and socks. Keep feet clean and dry. Apply dactarin ointment to this and if it doesn't reduce/flares up within 2days kindly see a dermatologist.
