Itching on Body

I am having itching on hands, legs, back and buttocks. And prickling, pinning, needles sensation on my back when I feel warm or go outside my room. Also, I have little white bumps on most part of my body where there is itching. It's not visible until you see it closely. I will upload picture. I was taking antibiotics and other medicines. I am facing this since 4 days. It has gotten better but It's there.

You are saying you took antibiotics for this and it improved or you were taking it when this happened?
Kindly take B complex tablet once daily for 1mo. Apply calamine lotion to the affected parts. Boil water with neem leaves and take bathe with the strained water. We are unsure as to what is causing these white bumps. Either attach a photo or two or meet with our specialist kindly
