Itching on Body

Doc please tell what is it I'm having itching type allergy on whole body from yesterday ..red color pimple appeared when I rub that place and they are expanding on new places too right now I m having on neck .Both hands upper lips etc I m attaching pics too .

Seems like you have some allegic reaction to some food or chemical. kindly notice and avoid these triggers. take tablet telfast 120mg once at night for 5 dys. apply calamine lotion after every bath. use a mild soap to bathe daily like dove. if problem persists and isnt improvin in 3-5 days please see a dermatologist.
