Itching on my right arm and chest

I have itching on my right arm and chest. The itching started over two years now. It is on and off and when I itch it leads to scratches and bleeding. And you can see the black spots formed from previous episodes. I do not have any acne on back or face. I have not used any topical cream. What could this be and what could be the likely treatment?

Two years is a long period to have suffered from itching. Can you share a photo of your rash n scars? Are there any pets in your house? Consider removing them. Notice if this occurs after exposure to sun/particular foods/fabrics/animals. Let us know this answer, please.
Change clothes and bathe daily. Apply calamine lotion to your skin when it itches. Do not use your nails to itch as this can introduce germs to your wound n cause infection. Take an antiallergy when the itching starts like tablet fexet at night for a week or lesser time.
