Itchy feet

I have been trying to cure some mild case of Athlete's foot from two of my toes. One of them is completely healed but the other one has gone worse. It was irritating me a lot and I tried to scratch it with a tissue paper thinking it won't be that harsh on the skin, but my skin started bleeding after it. Can any dermatologist/skin specialist guide me what to do about it?

Plz, attach a photo so we can assess your foot.
• Keep nails clipped short.
• Never walk barefoot in public places. Wear sandals or waterproof shoes in public pools, showers, locker rooms, bathrooms, and other areas that get wet.
Wash feet at least once a day and dry thoroughly.disinfect the bathtub or shower after each use until cured if you share a bathroom. Do not share towels, shoes, socks, or other items that touch the feet. Alternate shoes daily to give each pair time to dry completely. Wear lightweight shoes. See a dermatologist.
