Lesion on foot

Asked for Male, 40 years

35 yrs old with no significant hx , lesion on right foot for 2 weeks , not associated with fever or othr systemic complaints . Has been treated with cefriaxone and metronidazole without improvement . He is resident of dessert area with there is hx of being bitten by the fly before appearence of this lesion.

It seems that longterm local applicaion and oral treatment may be needed if double antibiotics did not have an effect. Antifungals may be considered also.
