Lesion with itching

I am non-diabetic non-hypertensive. I am having this lesion for one year with itching. Initially used terbiderm for 3 weeks and the size decreased. Now size is increasing. Diagnosis of this problem? Best possible Treatment?

Can you tell me where this lesion is? Is it possible for you to attach a photo of it? Has it increased in size or spread to other areas? Can you tell me if there is any water or pus coming from it?
