Papular lesions, wart like, under chin...painless.. but spreading... Kindly suggest treatment.

Dear Patient,

The multiple tags bunch under your chin seems to be warts. Apply Duofilm gel 15ml only to this area twice a day for a week-10dys. If this doesnt reduce you must see a dermatologist as you may need some oral medications too
The pink pimple under your jawbone seems like a reaction to shaving(blade). You can apply fucidin ointment on it twice a day.
