Lump near belly button lower right side?

This is concerning as lately I have been receiving tests for IBS/IBD. I've had three blood tests all are normal (they checked for celiac disease, LFT, and IBD). Had two stool tests first had slightly elevated calprotectin so two weeks later had another one and my levels were normal. Doctor suggested colonoscopy which I am going to receive at some point. Now that I've noticed this lump I am very worried.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Don't worry. Is the lump soft? If you lie flat and cough does it bulge out (ask someone to check for you)? Does to hurt to touch? If not then it's most likely a paraumbilical hernia. This is not related to your IBS/IBD issue. You need to get it checked by your doctor or a general surgeon.
