Marks on Body

Almost one and half years ago these marks appeared on my body. They started spreading. Now they are all over my body. I feel no pain no rash, nothing. Just marks. After taking bath, these marks get more visible/dominant.

Im sorry to hear this. This seems like vitiligo- the abscence of color in some spots due to lack of melanin. Are you used to taking stress a lot? You will need to consider stress management techniques like exercises, breathing techniques, counselling etc.
