This is acne. Avoid oily and spicy foods n junk foods, take lots of water. Use acneaid soap and dont share this soap or your towel with others. Wash towels and bedding regularly. Avoid touching face unnecessarily repeatedly.

Use any good facewash containining salicylic acid for washing face twice a day. If these measures dont help for a few months then see a dermatologist.
