Mass Weight Increase

Asked for Female, 61 years

She is highly obese. She is taking Concor 5/80. She has issue of elephant legs. Her legs are 21-25 inches swelled from last 20 years. No history of diabetes. From last few days, she is complaining about pain in left leg only when she walks. Kindly guide which doctor we should get her checked with. And any tests we should get done before going to doctor? Can we take any precautions at home for the initial stage?
