Medicine for acne

Is there any medicine or tablet in this country which can completely eliminate acne or eczema from the body inside out? I'm 24 years old unmarried with extreme acne problems from the last 9 years. I have concerned almost all the dermatologist in Sargodha and took full treatment from Lahore and Islamabad thrice. but acne is not stopping. please help me and tell me any tablet which will actually work.
