Mild Acne

I am having mild acne since a week, doctor prescribed me Duac. It is breaking me out please tell me should I continue it's use or no? And how to use it only on pimples or on whole face or should use it overnight or how long?

Dear Patient,

Wash the skin with a mild cleanser and pat it dry before, then apply gel thinly to the whole affected areas of skin (not just the individual spots) once a day in the evening. If the gel doesnt rub in easily you are applying alot. Avoid getting the gel in contact with the eyes, mouth, lips and inside the nose.If you experience excessive redness, dryness or peeling of your skin, decrease the amount of gel you use or stop temporarily. Dont use this product excessively as this may irritate the skin. Duac gel shouldnt be used for > 12 weeks at a time.
