Need suggestion

Assalam o Alaikum, I want your suggestion.. my sister is 24 years old. A relation has come up for her.. boy's age is 29 but he is diabetic. Wouldn't there be a problem ahead? Whether we do yes or no?? They are 4 brothers and all are diabetic.. will there be any complication in the future?

Thank you for your query. They have a family history of diabetes. What kind of complications do you mean? For your sister or her kids or her spouse? Diabetes can be easily managed with self-care, lifestyle changes, and medications. It is not debilitating and if managed well one can live a fairly good life. Do you have a family history of hypertension, heart disease, hyperlipidemia etc? We cannot control what happens to us but we can control how we handle it.
