For oil excess wash two to three times daily with neutrogena or any other good facewash that suits your skin.

Coarsely grind oatmeal and some haldi, cinnamon and dried orange or lemon peel and make a powder- mix thus in cucumber water/rose water and rub on your face once ev alternate day to dry out the oil. Sprinkle rose water when going out on skin. Further care can be suggested after photo of issue. Try this for 4weeks n write back with results.
