Oily and Tan Skin

Please suggest something for the skin that turns unbearable oily and tan in summers. It's becoming acne prone as well this summers. Please suggest some medicated products that can save me from this mess. TIA

Dear Patient,

Avoid junk foods and fast foods. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Have 12-14 glasses of water daily and foods rich in water like cucumber and melons. Neutrogena face wash is very good for such skin to use it every morning and once in evening if not controlled. Apply a water-based moisturizer afterward. Rosewater face sprays are very good Available at body shop Saeed Ghani etc. Aloe Vera gel can be applied once or twice a week. You can make oatmeal scrub and dissolve in milk or rosewater to apply for good oil control and exfoliation. Do not use excessive medicated products as they make the skin dry and absorb its natural radiance.
